Women’s wellness and fitness coach focussing on self-empowerment in both body and mind.
Coaching with me is done via my app and includes:
– Personal client profile
– 3-5 Personalised Progressive Workouts per week, these are designed to be done at home or in the gym and are written specifically for you and your goals. These progress every 4-6weeks and include demonstration videos and built-in timer for rest, circuits etc (think “pt in your pocket”).
– A Personalised Nutrition Guide, focussing on fuelling your body sufficiently to meet your goals whilst finding balance and developing a healthy relationship with your body and food.
– Option to track food via MyFitnessPal or to upload pictures of your food into the food diary for accountability and support from me.
– Daily wellbeing tasks/habit setting (specific to your lifestyle).
– Apple Watch/Fitbit/Garmin integration for steps and other activities.
– Progress is monitored through how you feel, how the workouts progress and by taking fortnightly progress pictures.
– Weekly check in with me for accountability and to make any adjustments/check progress/discuss any issues that may have arisen.
– Unlimited support from me through the direct messenger option in the app.
– Option to adapt workouts for holidays away
All inclusive full support plan cost: £140 per month
