What if doughnuts were the centrepiece rather than just a quick snack? This was the thought that Kate had one rather grey lockdown morning. An obsession soon started, firstly perfecting the sweet doughnuts and then her unique and individual savoury varieties. The Ministry was born!

Now we attend regular artisan food markets, indoor and outdoor events, we even cater for weddings and parties with our doughnut celebration towers / walls and our sweet and savoury canapes. We also now offer a range of corporate gifting options and have acquired some fantastic corporate clients. Its been an amazing journey so far and there’s lots more to come……

Everything we do is handmade with care and attention using the finest quality ingredients, we make our own jam and lemon curd and we also like to source the best local produce available.

We offer seasonal flavours like strawberries and cream with British strawberries,  apple crumble and toffee sauce, blackberry and apple crumble with custard, as well as special occasion doughnuts for valentines, easter, Halloween, Christmas etc.

Now available is our free from range offering Vegan and Gluten Free varieties.
